If someone flags a comment/image, I go to the comment/image and investigate what is going on. If the comment/image seems to be hurtful or harassment I will delete it and give an appropriate comment/post timer. Directly harassing people for being in the LGBTQ community will give you a permanent ban, while several rude comments might earn you 2 hours.
Other factors that may influence how a comment is viewed is past history in the stream, past history in other streams, and my past experience with you. I would like to make it clear that by past experience I mean how you behave towards the LGBTQ community and towards other users. NOT how much I like you as a user, there are plenty of users I dislike that I do not delete comments of. Actions such as consistently flagging comments or images that are not breaking stream ToS may cause me to be more likely to give a stricter punishment.
In all cases however, I am open to discuss why I took an action. Sometimes I do make mistakes, like recently during an image raid from certain users a user posted a borderline image. An image that is okay depending on who it’s coming from, because the user shared a stream with the raiders I assumed they where raiding the stream and gave them a ban. They came to me about it and I unbanned them. That is why I am open to discussion.
If you want me to repeal a moderation action you will have to inform me what I deleted, and why you think it was unfair. It is important that you inform me what exactly I deleted and where, because I do not remember every moderation action I take. I may or may not agree with you. In any case however personally attacks, insults, or anything that is not said in a respectful manner will be ignored.

Is this where I get bans repealed? Anyway an LGBTQ mod was doing a thing where they post an image with numbers and what they mean, so I picked an insult. But before I could say just kidding, BAM! "Your ability to comment on this stream has been disabled by a moderator" I don't know who it was because username changing, but could I be unbanned from my own community?

The LGBTQ stream does not condone attacking others.
There are trolls on both sides. Do you know how many bans I average every month? How many people personally attack the LGBTQ stream every month? 30. One a day.

If a user is personally attacking you, you can bring it up with me, neither homophobes or trolls are allowed in the LGBTQ stream

Being homophobic in the “right place” doesn’t matter either. You were wishing death on people for their hormones giving them an attraction towards their same gender.

Images that clearly violate the stream rules (you can check those when you post!) will be disproved.

I will also look at unfair moderations from other mods in streams I also mod, and if I believe you are correct in that their moderation is unfair I will ask the mod why they took the actions.

In general

Really depends on the stream and reaction users have, I would leave it up as long as it isn’t too bad but if the person you are roasting flags your comment I may deleted with a 0-2 hour comment timer, more if it has happened before. If the roast is directly against stream rules (homophobic in LGBTQ, directly hating Gacha in Gacha_OCS) you would get a day to permaban. However outside of cases where it is against stream rules, as long as the user you are roasting is fine with it your comment would stay up. It’s when your roast clearly isn’t being taken as a friendly joke by the other side, and the person is really hurt by it, that I delete it.

These general ideas apply to all of my streams.

This made me realize that flags go to the moderators of a stream, not the global website mods. I flagged several transphobic images in a transphobic attack stream. Oh gosh… I’ve made a mistake…
