BESIDES HIS WAY TO END JEWISH SLAVERY, WHY ELSE DID GOD HIT EGYPT WITH THE TEN PLAGUES? [2 of 2] The final plague God sent to punish the occult-practicing Egyptians involved the deaths of all their firstborn. This was in response to an earlier time in Egypt when Pharaoh set himself up as a god, ordering the killing of every firstborn living among the Jewish people. As a consequence, at the end of the ten plagues God put upon Egypt, He used that last one to declare that He alone is author of life and has the final decision over the duration of all our lives. What does that mean for us today? You and I can take comfort in the fact that we will not die a day earlier or later than God has planned for us. So, why worry about it, right? Help the kingdom of Jesus and for that also call out evil, knowing the day God picked for your death will not change. God judged Egypt because of the slavery of His people, but He also specifically attacked every one of the deities that their society worshiped, as part of their foundation in satanic, occult, witchcraft practices, something God disliked back then, as He does today. And God has not changed His mind since then. If God told the Egyptians to free His people from witchcraft, do you think he wants us to be a part of it today? Absolutely not! He didn't like it then and is still against it for us, even
though it is constantly promoted by Disney with non-stop shows and
blockbuster movies like “Harry Potter” and “Avengers.”
