Okay basically, this SPC is the reason why SCP 32425-B is on earth. He did it by fiddling with an old computer that was constantly in his cell, and he can burn, shoot arrows, and turn people to little blue gems. There is a catch to having him around tho, every so often his face turns to static in which then you need to get him into the computer (because he can go into those and was actually found in the one in his cell) If for whatever reason you look at him dead square in the face he might end up immobilizing you and use a large number of ways to remove you such as, his large halberd, launching arrows, or straight up convert you into an SCP 32425 and send you off with the others

yes, that's how he also got the guys out. he changed and corrupted the files and then took people to convert to the players
