The person behind imgflip's account is Dylan Wenzlau which is the creator of imgflip.
The amount of points imgflip has is every user's points added together.
Even though it says he joined at 2011 imgflip (the website) was created in 2008.
All his images/gifs are anonymous.
As far as we know, no one else can get the green matrix icon.
I'm pretty sure his icon used to be a yellow matrix icon (back in 2013-2015) which is available for the people who has the amount of points.
He isn't making any memes or posting comments but apparently he is watching/active.
