my dad's a narcissist and my mom agrees with him on everything, he also pushes my 2 year old sister down when she doesnt listen. i'm gonna try to find someone to call cps when i run away. oh and also he takes away several forms of communication when i do as little as get a bad grade. once he even kept me home for several days because i couldnt talk to my friends. and he forces me to eat stuff and doesnt care if i throw up after.

probs a knife, food, change of clothes, a place to wait things over aka to let the heat die down, a flashlight, and some drinks and also maybe some toilet paper since most of this time your gonna be going thu the forest to escape police and everyone basically

pads, water, money, food, your legal documents, and be sure you have a way to earn money

Money (a job too, if you can get one)
A warm blanket and/or a long coat or jacket
Enough food and water to last at least a few weeks, make sure it doesn't go off for a while or never does (honey, popcorn, nuts, dark chocolate). Try not to be too fussy.
Warm clothes. Maybe a change of clothes if you can carry it.
A knife, just in case. I'd like to think that you won't need it though.
A flashlight or some sort of light.
Toilet paper, if you can carry it.
Probably a bag to carry everything around in.
A place to stay where you're safe,or where they won't find you.
A phone if you have one

Don’t, it doesn’t matter the abuse you’re going through right now, look at every angle to a solution, running away will cause even worse issues. How are you going to make money, get food, water, and medical care. If you are going to run, and nothing will change your mind, make sure you know how to take care of yourself in the wild. Learn how to make snares and water filters, learn how to hunt, learn the different plants, learn the laws of nearby places, and most importantly navigation is key. If you can’t be 100% certain you can do all of this, I wouldn’t even consider this.

Food, water, 3 jackets (for shelter reasons), money, sunglasses, hair dye, a pocketknife or other sharp tool, a backpack.

Blankets/ jackets, enough food for at least a week, soap, some bottles of water, and a extra pair of clothes for when you go into town.
