I should ad Tech support is there to answer your questions, but you should be aware of the things going on in the background and should let them get your account pulled up and also go through the mandatory spill every company has them perform. We know your not calling because your happy, but you should probably remember yelling, screaming and taking your frustration out of the people answering the phones will guarantee more problems and that the people your yelling at can't think or perform when they are getting verbally abused and will be inclined to do only the bare minimum verses going above and beyond for the customers who are civil and are able to communicate the issue especially when they know the issue is with the company not the customer.
