Casually say, "Hey (insert name here) I'm (insert sexuality(ies)). Do you support me?" If they say they support you, hug them. If not, say, "Well, too bad, I am" That's what I did and it worked.
Yeah it took me at least a week to work up the courage. This is one that someone said to me: "Tell them right before they leave for work or you for school. This gives them time to think about it, and you time to think of things to say if they don't support you"
ok some of it might not help but scroll down a bit to the "What to say" section those might help https://www.healthline.com/health/how-to-come-out-to-your-parents#during
Don't come out until you feel ready, and try to find out their opinions on the community beforehand. If you haven't already, by telling friends, people online, siblings, etc. It's a lot easier for most people than parents.
I've already told my best friend, and they're accepting. As for my parent's opinions, it's hard to say. They don't directly hate on them, but they seem upset whenever I mention anything related to the community.

That's great about your friend. But I think maybe wait a little longer and try find more out about their opinions.
