its just a glitch, the backrooms is just deleted parts that used to be on earth.

But you can get there if you noclip, noclip is a cheat, it's an anti-cheat for noclip.

two types of ways getting there, find a area and run into the corner of the wall and get glitched into the backrooms or use sv_cheats 1 and then noclip in the console commands to travel there.

So technically it's a glitch AND accidentally added anti-cheat.
