they tried to take his gun from him, so shooting them is self defense if the jury buys it. there would have to be clear proof that they were NOT going to kill him if they got his gun and in a crazy situation like that, it cannot be proven.

I thought the first guy went after the gun after Kylie pointed it at him. So Kylie "defended himself" by killing someone who was actually defending himself. The second guy could have shot Kylie before he even saw him, if that was his intent.
With that judge and his actions, it HAS to be a mistrial.

MAGAs are trying to say Ashli wasn't a threat like Rosenbaum was. But if they had let Ashli climb through the window without stopping her, the rest of that mob would've poured in as well, and Congress was hiding just past where they were.
