equality for everyone. That's why I would wager you're not for equality, rather special treatment and privileges for them. You don't seem to like real equality, rather an illusion of it that suits your ideology and desired narrative

I'll say it again. Bad people deserve punishment the most, especially violent punishment.

That last part is the real kicker, showing your bias and how you really feel about equality. The father had absolutely no say. The child, who didn't want to transition, had no say. The state said only the mother had a say. And Incase this little fact goes over your head, that is the definition of systemic.
