Witness Statement:

I, Sir.MemeMan, was reported by one of my security guards that Mine_Turtle has a corporation HQ in Texas called ‘Turtle Mines’. This was where he made all those plots to blow the buildings like ‘The North Carolina Party Hotel’, Turtle’s first attack location.
