I’m currently trying that and its working so far but its mainly my school
There’s a lot of stuff over there that triggers me

Also i do know that laughter isnt the best but everyone tells me to smile more and it shouldn’t bother me but thing is when i get triggered, i try to smile but it doesnt help it at all
