If you've ever been to Wisconsin - you'd probably recognize that these two were model citizens compared to everyone else.

Alcohol and drugs are common hobbies in that part of the country. You get a good idea about the city you're in by the businesses that surround city hall. The last time I was in Wisconsin, in the town I visited - city hall was surrounded by strip clubs, check cashing, pawn shops, and liquor stores.

I actually have family in Wisconsin. They have a beautiful farm with a shooting range they allow state police to train on since its the only place they can practice 700 yard shots safely. I ride my Harley up there in the summer. Beautiful. No guns and liquor stores on every corner like the ghettos a few miles away...

to be fair - the rural areas I drove through were quite beautiful - I was speaking of the urban areas.

I wasn't there to visit farms, I was only in urban areas doing testing for an ISP.

I was staying in a town in Minnesota - which wasn't much better.
