blatant misinformation here. there is no war and there was never plans for one by either side, we voted to stay neutral in the anime conflict. you know what would definitely cause war? further alliance with anti anime. it would force us to choose between invading AGA and not if they do declare war, which, that does seem to be possible if not likely. and we all know what you would do given that choice.

we don’t need a treaty because we aren’t and never have been at war with one another. i do not intend or want for that matter for any military conflict, if they don’t mess with us we won’t screw with them. I’m totally fine with us being friendly and having AAA members also in government positions here, but i won’t help sign formal alliances or treaties for this conflict. we stay out of this, period.
