it's a bad thing. if insults such as "i just searched everywhere in 4k ultra" or "i even asked [you spelled person wrong] the 'purrson' you asked" or calling them a 5 year old aren't really great insults, because they are used much too often. It would be a massive exaggeration to call these "insults" "rare".
