If I teach there was a war between states from 1860-1865 and then denied I am teaching about the civil war, would that be the truth? The answer is no if there is any confusion.

FYI... Critical race theory is strictly an academic discipline pursued by post secondary scholars - not something taught in any K-12 school - that examines the ways in which racism operates in US laws and society. GOP leaders aren't interested in correcting misinformed supporters of that truth however, as invoking fear about it serves as a better propaganda tool among their base to ensure continued support.
