The Planck time is the time that light can pass over the Planck length. It is the fastest time you can write a letter in a language. Theoretically, nothing can move faster in shorter time, but there are smaller measurements of time.
Ur not wrong... even if there are shorter measurements I still like to think Planck time is the shortest because "nothing can move faster in shorter time." and measuring smaller timelenghts is physically impossible.
Both true points, it is theoretically the FPS of the universe, but it is capped for unconventional reasons,
because time flows continuously, but objects can't. Maybe it is not the FPS of time, but the FPS of objects.
