Personally I think people shouldn't be able to flag spam, but if they find something racist or homophobic or anything like that they should be able to flag it.

only mods and owners would get it.

But a ban button can automatic loss to being able to comment or post in a certain stream if you ban someone.

For instance if you cannot comment in any stream at all, thats a ban by a Global mod, but i think that they can only comment ban tho, and its usually too f**king long, .-.

If you cannot post or comment in a one or more certain stream or just not comment or post its just a ban by a mod or a owner of that stream
