The moment he touched it, everything started glitching uncontrollably, like one of those scenes in a fnaf song or something.
Everything continued glitching until a different cave was revealed...
It seemed WAY less eerie and more wholesome. It was the same cave, except it was all made out of beautiful gems of all kinds...

Whoa, where is Cam when you need him?
*I search for a pickaxe*

There wasn't anything except gems everywhere...

Everything shined and shimmered, and it looked like the most beautiful thing you've EVER seen.

The crystal was still in the center of the area, but this time, it was back up, hovering in a circle slowly. It made a soft "mmmm" noise as if it was doing or making something.

Hmm, maybe...
*I grab a mining pickaxe from my backpack*

The sound from the crystal in the center became lauder, and more agressive.

*I approach the crystal*

Sol-rhya's emotionless stare looks over to the door.
"What. is that."

That, is a 'Reject', the others call them Octoling Mutants, they're fast, merciless, and leathal. It takes 15 miniguns all firing at them to kill them.

"Interesting," The princess said, looking back at OU. Her tone got somewhat threatening. "So you brought this creature into my Kingdom?"

I didn't bring it, no matter where I go, they always follow me, even if I cross a valley of fire, they always find a way around or across.

"Hm..." she thought for a moment. "Well, if they deem dangerous, and create panic in the town, I'll send the royal army out. Could they, by chance, remove the crystal from its position?"

They only focus on things that are alive, they won't focus on anything else.

The princess sighed. "The Heart IS a living thing. It may not have arms, legs, or a face, but it has a heart of its own, along with its own blood AND emotions."

So, I think the current events unfolding right at this very second calls for an evac.

As you approach it, the large pink and yellow crystal hovers in it's place, and the sound got more aggressive the closer you got.

*I step back*

The sound got a little less aggressive as you stepped back.

Okay, keep my distance.

The more you backed up, the less aggressiveness in the noise.

*I am eventually unable to see the crystal, so I start collecting some of the gems*
Well, better than being hunted by those Dissasembly drones.
*I check my wristwatch, the time is 22:01*

The large crystal starts glowing red, and the sound goes back to being aggressive again

The sound echoed softly throughout the cave, then the large crystal stopped glowing red.

The crystal went back to its yellow and pink glow, make the original noise

Someone must've been nearby....

It didn't take long before the men got to you, but they weren't humans...

These men looked like an exotic species... Their bodies were made out of gems... One was an Emerald, and the other was a Ruby. They wore helmets of amethyst and a cloak over their gem-like bodies.
They carried spears of Amethyst, and had tails with tiny gems on the end.

They pointed their spears at you threateningly.

Unregistered Octoling, My friends call me UO.

"Ock-tow-ling," she repeated. "Such an interesting name...

Well, UO, I am Sol-ryha. Princess and ruler of this secret realm."

The reason its 'Unregistered' because, well, when you succumb to head trama fleeing from your own kind you kinda forget a few details, and I was unregistered once Cam brought me to City 5, and the 'Octoling' part is self explanitory, I am an Octoling after all, but yeah.

"I know of many things Our Creator has made... but never have I heard of a... 'octoling'..."

Yeah, I know, odd seeing one in person, huh?

Sol-ryha stood up, and started walking(?) around you, obviously getting a closer look.
"Indeed it is... I am sure your view is the same way with OUR kind, hm?"

*There is a large scar on my left eye*
Yeah, never even heard of this place, and, can anything just smash their way into here?

"Luckily, nothing can break these walls. These crystallized walls are the Celestian equivalent of bricks, in your world."

But, some things can smash through bricks.

"Our world mirrors yours. For every person in your world is a Celestian in this world. Perhaps ours is not missing."

This is Cam, he is a Russian and he favors Snowblind Vodka, and somehow, if I get injured or killed, he will aways find a way to find me, not sure about what happens now, but he is one who shouldn't be taunted.

She looked at the picture, and intensely stared at it. The phone started to glow pink and yellow, then floated up into the air, then suddenly dropped back down into UO's hand(s).
"Yes, there is a Celestian who looks similar."

"The events of both worlds unfold differently, although they mirror each other. While your Cam has vanished, ours has not."

But I assume that I am not present as I don't exist in this dimention.

"actually, just because you don't exist in this realm, does not mean there isn't a version of you here. I am not of your world, but there is a version of me there. Besides," the princess said, "If your Cam is not of this world, how could we have are own version of them?"

Because from what I've heard, he is a convict of the SCP Foundation, I am too.

"And I guarantee we have a Celestian UO, too."

The Cam I know is one that will protect me and a friend of mine to the fullest extent, and I bet you guys don't even have a City 5, or, at least an underground one.

"In YOUR world, yes. In our world, it is rare to find such strength in an item. Besides," she add, "did you not notice the extra shine in this material?" She asked. "This castle has magic placed on it, as does the dome around our city. It is created by the Crystal Heart, the very thing that brought you here. If the Heart is destroyed or removed from its place, then the castle will collapse. Our protection will shatter, and the evil will terrorize us. That is why my guards were so quick to remove you from that cave."

Everything is valuable here, and if the Crystal goes, then everything else goes with it, that Sounds like City 5.

"You learn quickly," The princess said.

City 5 is an underground city, 72 inch thick iron walls.

"Hm... Interesting..."

Meant to prevent the last of mankind from extinction, the CVPA contains a variety of different units, its where I learned I wasn't the only Octoling being hunted because of the gene I have, and there are also Inkings with that same gene.
*A Glock 17 is seen loaded, in its holster, it looks illegally modified, but the tint is some sort of logo*

Glock 17, complete with a CVPA tint, illegally modified however, its the only one I use for primary, I also have a shotgun strapped to my back, because those drones will not hesitate to kill me, the Glock 17 has more than 13 different round types, including incendiary, which ignites the target for up to 15 seconds, EMP, disables electric utilities, most preferred against the Disassembly Drones, Poison, just like incendiary rounds, but doesn't ignite them, basic rounds, basic damage, Deep cuts, cuts into blood veins and bones, and that's all I can remember.

Its not just the Disassembly Drones I have to fight.

They led you outside of the cave, into a world made purely of gems and minerals. Houses were made out of Quartz, Diamonds, Amythyst, Gold, Iron, etc.
Even the sun was a ball of crystals!

The men led you to a large amethyst castle, and into the throne room.

They presented you to a female Gem, that was sitting on the throne.
"Ytsejam ruoy, Redistuo na," the Emerald said, pushing you forward, and onto the ground.
"Ytsejam ruoy, Efil fo Evac Eht ni dnuof," the Ruby added. "Ytsejam ruoy, Traeh Eht elbasid ot gniyrt ylgnimussarp."
"Ytsejam ruoy, ylekilnu hguohtla, Retfihspahs a eb ton ot smialc ti," the Emerald said.
"Ytsejam ruoy, live eb ton ot smialc," the Ruby added.

The men gasped.
"So you angered the Heart," she said, surprisingly in English. "I see... and how exactly do you deem yourself... NOT a Shapshifter, hm?"

Innocent, I was nothing more than tempted by odd voice, when I was in here, I kept my distance from the heart, I checked my wristwatch for the time, it was 22:01, the Dissasembly Drones would begin hunting me, but they possibly gave up the search.

"I am surprized someone such as you didn't take any gems from the cave."

*The gems in my bag are gone, odd...*

*I get up and head into the tunnels*

Sol-rhya watched as UO left. Once he(?) left the castle, the doors shut behind him. Sol-rhya turned and sat back on her throne.
"I do hope that boy doesn't kill himself from Dextro's demons."

*I turn my flashlight on before looking at my watch, it is currently 06:32*
It's safe to leave now.

It was still dark outside, and the moon looked like a dazzling ball of diamonds...

UO started walking to the cave quietly, thinking that if he made noise, someone might hear him.

About halfway there, he thought he saw something black move quickly, but when he shinned his flashlight on it, nothing was there...

After about 10 minutes, he arrived at the Cave of Life...

Alright, this is it.

UO walked in, and started to walk deep into the cave.

It took 30 minutes to find the heart, because the cave was so fricking big

Well, time to leave.

You approach the Crystal Heart...

*I take a deep breath*
I wish to return to where I found this crystal, a frozen wasteland on Wolf 103.

The Heart starts glowing a pinkish-red color

*I close my eyes*

There was a weird tickling sensation, then... nothing...

Whe you opened your eyes, you were home... exactly how is was when you left it...

*I look at the sky, it was bright*

*I sit down and take a deep breath*

"Unfortunately, we cannot evacuate this city. This is the only one in this realm, other than the Outlands. But that is the home of an Evil Oulandian. He is the King of the Outlands, and by abandoning this city, that would leave the heart available to him, which would bring the end of Celeste."

Maybe I can contact one of my allies, they'll get it out of here, hell, they'll get everyone out of here.

"I am afraid we cannot allow the Celestians to leave this town. The humans too greedy for our existence would find our world, and those curious minds would try and touch us. The Creator separated us for a reason, so we must respect that."

Well, unless you have a very powerful WMD under a rock, we are f**ked.

"w m d . . ." she repeated questioningly.

Weapon of Mass Destruction, things like RPGs, Grenade Launchers and miniguns.

"We do not know of the weapons from your realm. But we have our own weapons, created by the Heart itself. We may or may not have weapons as powerful as yours," the princess said. "But if our weapons deem deterioration, perhaps removing these beasts from our town, and into the Outlands, may suffice. Dextro would make very good use of monsters such as these."

These things are technially illegal to capture.

"In YOUR world. But this is not your world. I am the ruler of this world, meaning this would suffice."

And besides, the only person able to capture one is Cam, but he went missing.
