help

so i'm a mod in msmg, and there's a user (probably an alt, they have a single post) named walldick who is flagging everything and flooding approvals for containing w o r d s and i gave them a warning saying if they did it one more time, i would comment/post-ban them for 8hrs, and it happened again, so i banned them. They continued, so another mod indefinitely banned them, but they're still able to flag everything. what should we do? hey um global mods i have a question
