Why? I dressed as The Arrow but since I didn't spend $150 on a costume, I used the old cloak from my old scream mask, put my quiver with some arrows on my back, carried my bow in hand and had a face mask under the hood, I tilted my head down at the road like a creepy guy and walked with a younger friend of mine, since the cloak had those tendril things that hung down, it looked like I was a ghost
