so now we're following what the US does? and not the only duties. it can vote anything the house/congress can, in fact, it always votes on things the house *passes*.

That's the senate I want. So I can rebrand congress as the house, and Both my House and the Senate can be the Legislative branch.

WTH are you talking about? The US Senate votes on everything. Plus this Senate is only loosely based on US law as the common sense constitution isn't a direct copy of the US constitution.
