These idiots knowingly are turning a blind eye to Trump's blatant lies about the 2020 election and the insurrection in order to preserve and protect their future advancements with the GOP party, even if it means supporting lying, cheating and stealing. Apparently, they remain blissfully unaware of the fact those same actions, historically, contributed to the fall of every other democracy and empire worldwide.
Can't say the same about Cheney nor Kinzenger. Even though I disagree with many of their political positions, at least they have the courage to call out corruption within their own party and are willing to uphold the Constitution rather than blindly support their preferred party. For that, I have a great deal of respect for each of them.
