Trust me, I WISH any of my Shiny Chanseys were from the Safari Zone. I'm not that brave yet, and don't have any FRLG files at the moment that've gotten to Fuchsia City yet.

And then there's HGSS's Safari Zone where you can find Metang. Good luck catching that Shiny.
