no not really, we didnt even have a detention system at my school

There aren’t laws saying bathrooms must be used by a certain gender, so don’t worry about it. If it’s at school where you have to use one or risk getting in trouble, talk to your principal, counselor, vice principal or whatever and explain why it makes you uncomfortable. If they are respectable people, they should figure out something to help, even if it’s not ideal

Is this at school? If so, tell a supporting teacher or someone else you trust and ask for their guidance.

in a school setting talk to the principal or counselor about it outside of school just use what fits your identity

In school, idk how to help bc my school is home. In public i cant help there bc im a trans guy and when i even think about going into the guys bathroom i have a mini panic attack that someone while call me out on being in "the wrong bathroom" or that my parents will see me walk into that one. Sorry i cant help
