Article 9: Impeachment
Section 1: In order to remove a person in power, 2 Officials (President, VP, HOC, Congressman, Senator, or Owner) must call for an impeachment, what offence was committed, and who is responsible. A trial shall then be held by one of the judges from the Courtroom stream and after giving his verdict Congress shall vote, with a ⅔ supermajority required to impeach. Stream owners are NOT to interfere with this process. As usual, the Vice President casts the tie-breaking vote if necessary. However, if the Vice President is the one being impeached, then the Head of Congress casts the tie-breaking vote instead.
Article 10: Voting
Section 1: All users are entitled to ONE VOTE. Multiple votes and alting will NOT BE TOLERATED.
Section 2: Elections will be held the last 2 days of the month, every 2 months.
Section 3: Voters must register by following the stream before the deadline 2 week prior to the election. Users who have been inactive for more than a week cannot vote.
Article 11: Cabinet
Section 1: The President can appoint any non-banned user to any position in his/her Cabinet. These users act as advisors who carry out specific roles in the administration.
Article 12: Line of Succession
Section 1: The President can order Cabinet secretaries in the line of succession as he pleases.
Section 2: If anyone of the President, Vice President, Head of Congress or Head of Senate is being impeached or is inactive, the next in Line shall step in and the first person in the cabinet shall step into the Head of Senate.
Section 3: If the President doesn’t choose to appoint a cabinet and one of the President, Vice President, Head of Congress and Head of Senate are inactive or are being impeached, Congress shall appoint a temporary/new person in their place.
