Weirdcore tends to make me dissociate, (I'm not a sub-system but I DO suffer from dissociation.), and causes anxiety attacks. Liminal spaces/backrooms do the same thing, except less dissociation. Backroom-like ARGS really cause anxiety attacks and tends to make dissociation worsen.
