The Halloween Huntertown update was available on the official website. You can find it in English, French and Korean and translated by Eron Onuard in the link, and in Korean. Update 19.15: The Halloween Huntertown release includes a total of 8 Halloween hunts and four of 14 Halloween Challenges. All of those hunts will occur every Friday on May 12, May 15 and May 18 at 2AM Eastern time to all players of Halloween Huntertown. Those who are not at the tournament can use the Halloween Hunting Competition in question to collect Halloween Medals, which will be awarded at midnight on the day they are selected. All of the other entries come from the original lineup that won the Halloween Hunt in a tournament last year.
