You don’t know what a comment timer is? I can explain if you want.

Basically a comment ban is if you do something bad or curse, or something like that. And someone maybe reports your comments, if so, then the community mods can see that it was flagged also giving them the ability to delete your comment and comment ban you, which causes you to not be able to comment for up to 2, 6, 8, 12, 24, 48, and indefinite hours on a given stream. But when you get comment banned by a moderator you cannot comment on a single image on imgflip for the remaining time of the comment ban. Hope that helped ;)
