ha ha. funny meme response. lets look at it this way: let's say there are 1000 billionaires in the united states. take away all of their money except leave them enough to still be considered rich (say, a few million) that will take in about one trillion dollars, enough for a little less than a third of the budget. But you can only do that once. because now, no one will want to become a billionaire.
