That's why I've came up with another idea. So the custom icons can be uploaded but they won't use it yet, they wait for a site mod to approve the icon whether it is safe to use or appropriate and then the user's icon changes to the icon they made and uploaded

Also I noticed this for reporting: In Discord, they can trace banned accounts to alts. Imgflip could also take that same idea to help. Streams like Boobs and Butts are ok, but anything graphic, like drawn nudes = instant kick for a week. 3 kicks = perma ban.

They might use IP addresses, and people in the same house use the same IP, so that might not work super well.

Not IP addresses, devices! Even if multiple users use it, the innocent user can check a "multiple device" box. That way, if a user is banned, they can't use the innocent person's account, because of password. I know this sounds crazy, but Google login will be off for multiple user devices. That way, banned users can't login. Should the innocent user use Google login, they will be given a password that shuts off in 2 minutes, meaning they should have enough time to memorize it, while the banned user can't find it!

Pretty sure we'd have to make them .svg files for the compatibility of the website itself, one of the devs of the site mentioned so about when I asked about that back in...idk, I know a few folk asked about that before.
Although a better idea is comment editing, I make too many mistakes, I can tell ya that.

The site devs know more than I do tbh, they use .svg files for icons anyways. All the icons here you can get are of that file, it'd for size reasons
