Dysphoria and stress is getting to me. I had a panic attack and crying fit in English and the teacher, he asked me if I wanted to go to the bathroom to calm down, and obviously being trans I couldn't and the dysphoria really just made it worse and I couldn't explain why what he said made me even more panicky 😭😭
