i have never used a base on deviantart so like how do you color it and decorate it and stuff

i just use an image editor and use the fill tool, then if i need a special pattern i use the brush tool

oh and can i have a male one of these make the claws dark brown but not too dark and his eyes will be brown and his skin will be like a dark-ish green
