Honestly if being LGBTQ was contagious I would be LGBTQ af
Starting from when my friends hit puberty I have basically always had LGBTQ friends, friend in PE class is gender fluid and he/she/They is awesome
Another friend is non binary
I had a friend who was ftm trans
Best friend is bisexual
And I’m probably forgetting someone here
Like seriously
I do prefer lgbtq romance tho- but mainly because straight stuff is overused and kinda boring

Yeah, and I grew up knowing only about trans women or "bakla"/"bading". And the only trans women I know is Vice Ganda and the trans woman who sells snacks by my school. I thought all gay people wore girl clothes. I didn't even know what bi was. But here I am, a bi lunettian girl.
Seriously, I’ve always been pan, I used to talk to my mom and dad about how boys and girls were both attractive when I was 3 or 4, and once I found out that non-binary was an option, I found them attractive too
I literally had a gay roommate growing up, was exposed to tons of things in the LGBTQ community, and learned about LGBTQ from a young age
I’m straight and cisgender
Being around gay people didn’t make me gay
It just made me more accepting of others
So if you are worried about gay people infecting your children calm the crab down
Exposer to the lgbtq community will not make you more or less gay; TO ALL PEOPLE WHO THINK BEING GAY IS CONTAGIOUS
