I bet there's a few on POLITICS who engage in willful stupidity when they regurgitate 'Biden is stupid because he stutters and talks slow' memes and comments. Part of that might be because he does seem old as hell (and I personally like presidents on the younger side). But they fail to recognize the stupidity in 'what' Trump speaks and focus on 'how' Biden speaks.
