Maybe, but that would mean Hillary would have to come for Kamala next.
Joe will be out of the Presidential picture in 2022 (his handlers convince him to resign, or he is removed by 25th Amendment for having Ice Cream Brain).
I do not see Kamala getting the nomination in 2024. She was a terrible candidate in 2020 and she has only lessened her appeal with her performance as VP.
