It's just a made up term conjured up by little kids that don't have enough skill to get a following or create good memes. This meme is not against the rules here so your statement is harassment and I plan on taking appropriate action!
well the thing is
upvotes are supposed to show what you like, so there's no point to set an upvote goal, because that image will be upvoted less, and people aren't changed by what they upvote and what they comment on.
sure there are reasons not to upvote OF COARSE! But If you comment nicely on a meme and don't upvote you are being RUDE! If you are having a conversation with someone and don't upvote each others comments that is RUDE! I guess Proper Manners are a lost art. one thing for sure if you call someone a upvote beggar you are 100% a little KID. Mature persons don't do such nonsense or rudely comment on others memes like you did.
I do everything on my computer. But im retired so i can leave my shop any time and check on things and make stupid memes when ever I feel like it. To get videos on your chrombook the easiest way is to have a good screen capture software if you can watch it you can record it. There may be some free ones I don't know.
Every now and then I try to post.
I really want people to see what I record on my Xbox one, but I can't figure out a way to get some of the videos and images onto my chromebook. (Yes, I do all this on my crappy school computer)
