*The engines suddenly kick on the legs stabilize and the turret turns toward you*

*Head pops out of latch* Drain: Hey! what are you doing here?

Megan: well i was just wandering around trying to find cool spooky stuff! Then i i found you!

Drain: well then... don't you realize where you are?

Megan: uhhh.. now that i think about it, not really..-

Drain: well hate to break it to ya your standing right on top of the B.I.D line

Megan: huh? whats a B.I.D line?

Drain: the B.I.D line is a massive defense line between our two countries, don't worry it's very common for people to accidentally walk over the B.I.D line.

Megan: ohh okay- is it dangerous?

*The ground starts to shake* Drain: oh no... *pulls you inside of mech you look out of a small viewing port and see another mech appear out of know where it was disguised as a tree

Megan: WOAH- oh wow thats neat- ooo another one of you!

Drain: not one of my friends, just another mech driver... any way where gonna have to wait for a little bit now that this chunk of the line is moving. so what do you want to do?

Megan: hmmm- i dunno- the only thing i brought with me is my camera-

Drain: shh *pokes head out of a hole in the top* Drain: hello! *Another mech driver opens a latch on his mech and yells that he's off to lunch*

Drain: well most people step on land mines or get shot by snipers run into tanks or mechs or get brutally mauled by stalkers but today is a pretty calm day so your lucky

Megan: ohhh okay! thats a relief- -looks at the photo that she took earlier-

*The mech walks off* Drain: that was close... are you ok?

Megan: yup! who was that? are they a friend?

Drain: yea your right and it's just me you see this mech is fairly roomy and it only takes one man to operate which is nice

Megan: yeah- being able to control something without other people getting your way or anything!- though being alone does get to you sometimes-

Drain: hmm interesting. well my name is drain and as you can see I'm a mech driver but it's just a skidder mech nothing special

Megan: nice! i've never really seen a mech before, so this is pretty cool-

Drain: hmm I can probably give you a ride to the nearest town I don't think my commander will mind

Drain: welp back to the B.I.D line I go *Mech skidders off*

Megan: i bet it does- though at least you have a cool robot thing-

Drain: yea it's kinda cool but there are many different types of mechs. but unfortunately, they put me in the driver's seat of the smallest one.

Megan: well at least its not as much responsibility!- cuz of its size i guess-

Drain: yup... any way where here do you need help getting out?

Megan: nope! thank you though! -kinda hops out of the mech-

Drain: ok *Engines startup* alright hang on *the mechs skidders off* so tell me about yourself.

Megan: wellll i have a thing for spooky and supernatural stuff- and i like taking pictures- thats about it-
