1a. Give the salvage to the storekeeper
1b. Wait 4 rounds
1c. Acquire the gun casing
2. Find a ammo container on the map
2a. Get a police chief to ram into an aether crystal
2b. Get crystal shard (automatically puts shard in container)
2c. Place container on the ground and kill a zombie with deadwire near it
2d. Get ammo cell
3. Get an antenna of the roof of a building with an explosive
3a. Collect antenna
4. Give all parts to storekeeper
4a. Protect storekeeper for 2 minutes
4b. Acquire The Delta Atomizer 9000
