It's not like Nintendo would go after every Mario plush parody channel. It's just that SML has done pretty inappropriate stuff in their videos with the plushies.

same with smg4 but nintendo dosen't target them. I find sml more better then smg4 tbh and I'd hate to see both of them in trouble with nintendo
