P.O.V Your OC is a detective and they're tasked to find out what happened to this guy. These two are your only hope on finding any information, the guy on white doesn't appear to want to talk but the guy with blue hair seems to be talking off topic every time you try to mention why you wish to talk to them about the missing person case. (NOTE-No OP OCs, this includes gods/goddesses or demi-gods/demi-goddesess. Also no fighting, unless I give you the prompt of that there will be a fight, you can fight. Best ocs to use are humans or creatures who can use normal guns.)
