Just download firealpaca, I use it all the time for my art. It's free just go to the website and download it.

How do I draw lol, it doesn't have paper, I can't draw on it.

i use flippa clip for animation but i am pretty sure there are some apps that you can find just search digital art on the store or wutever

Well you can also use sketchpad ( https://sketch.io/sketchpad/ )

I wouldn’t say it’s the best but I use Pixlr
