i'm in a poly with storm/ghost (they used to use imgflip, but not many ppl remember) and my upstairs neighbor.
They're both really fun, but the one that lives upstairs from me is really bossy and controlling, and she's always yelling at me for something small, or for venting about my problems because "some people have it worse" and i know that but the worst you've ever felt is the worst to you, so you will see it as a big deal until something worse happens. and i still love her but she's hurting me and idk how to stop it

If someone is hurting you, either physically or emotionally, break up with them. Cut all ties you have with them. They aren't good enough for you.

Very. Nobody deserves to be stuck in a hurtful relationship. I've been in a few. Its not a very nice experience. They made me feel worthless, and they made me believe I was nothing without them. They hurt me in ways nobody deserves to be hurt. If someone is bossy and is hurting you emotionally, cut all ties with them. They don't deserve you. You're to good for them.
