No more mod resets (at least don't remove the mod of literally EVERY single person. When that happens, I always lose it even when I'm active)

Look at their mod queue and see if they have done the approval quota (whatever its called) at least once a month)

Also, look to see if they have commented and/or posted in the last month overall to see if they left imgflip or not
