Botulinum Rain, mainly because it started a rain of a toxin that stops your nerves, so it can just make the rain start and then the skin stealer won't be able to move.

You can also just Change hue for images with color.

you might have did something wrong. also, for images with multiple colors, you can't really choose what colors you want to change each one to be. it just swaps them out.
