Masks are not the new normal.

I don’t shop where counties have mask mandates. If the illness is that bad and the masks don’t work anyway, I don’t want the exposure.

True. I live in a masked state and travel a lot for work, so when you’re staying at a hotel in a masked state, those employees tend to scowl when you walk around maskless. I guess it’s a ‘don’t blame the kids, blame the parents’ kind of deal.

Well, they also probably don't have good health insurance which means that if you give them and their family covid, it's not the state and federal government ruining their lives - it's you.

Just wear the mask. It's just a piece of clothing. It's like wearing pants.

The government DIDN'T get it right. The government WASN'T straight with us. Because governments - ALL the governments - did what governments ALWAYS do and err on the side of preserving the go***mn precious status quo.

And huge numbers of people died because of it.

They're doing the right thing now because COVID is MAKING them do the right thing. Because people are FURIOUS with them for avoiding the right thing from the start. This is being driven by a broken trust, broken by a lack of action that would have nipped the whole thing in the bud.

And the election in November reflected that.

Why would we trust them now? We're FURIOUS now. That's why even though they would love to go back to doing nothing, they're reluctantly giving this the attention they should have given it BEFORE my friends and family died.

Got vaxed. Pfizer hid the fact they used aborted babies to make the vax because they didn’t want to lose sales. So what else have they withheld from me because they didn’t want to lose sales? Wish I had not been vaxed!

Except no one wears them properly, touches them countless times per day before touching other surfaces or handling food, and the majority of people wearing masks were never trained properly or fit tested. It’s like wearing muddy pants and then wondering why the chair is dirty after you sat on it.

That's not a reason for you to forego the mask entirely.
