If the senate doesn't exist, then this isn't any different from the strawpolls routinely held in the stream. So if it's the case that the senate doesn't exist, then you're unjustly censoring a user trying to take a poll.

I just checked with my lawyer (Lawyer Kong) and the VP isn't incharge of the Senate.

We just established that the Vice president isn't incharge of the Senate.
So your opinion on the Senate based on some version of the RUP constitution THAT NO ONE FROM THE STREAM VOTED ON... is meaningless.

Well since laws aren't retroactive, and your constitution wasn't voted on by any active members of the stream (your alt accounts from politics6 don't count ...) we'll let the courts decide.

Since laws are never retroactive, I'm afraid we'll need to see that in a law PREDATING the Senate.
Since you're not "VP" of the Senate, I suggest you find a good lawyer. Might I recommend Richard Chill? I hear he's an expert on meme law.

The Senate was formed before your appointment alts in the Congress passed a "law" saying it didn't. So since laws aren't retroactive...

See, you changed it again. The actual line is "Users who have been inactive for more than a week cannot vote"
You can still be active without posting, they're called comments, so saying that the rule really means you "must have posted within a week of voting" is also a clear misinterpretation
