They get arrested but quickly break put of jail and start a terrorist organization, As the organization is made, the government is electing a new leader, the person dresses up as someone else and gets elected as president, then A war breaks out from the terrorist organization and the government and the person is in control of both sides of the war, watching from the shadows as his pawns fight
