PR1CE improved the Constitution, won a war, helped create the Senate that will be established next term, and won by a bigger margin than Wubbzy did in both his elections. Right now I'd put him below Wubbzy and Strangmeme but above PuppyLover and anon.del, so in third place. But he's still got almost half his term ahead of him so who knows, maybe he'll end up even higher.
