If the leader of a dictatorship goes afk for 2 full days, then anarchists may begin to spam a single image of his. If the count reaches 500 (This may change) comments before he gets online and disables his comments, the anarchists have performed a successful coup.

another method: If a majority of a Dictator's police force turns on him, they become in charge and can choose a similar style of government with different rulers or can turn to anarchy, whichever they want

For a dictator to take power:

One man has to have at least 5 (may change) people as "enforcers" or some form of state police. If they are rising out of anarchy, they just have to convince 1/3 of active users to band behind them based on some form of promise or anything else.
